This poorly maintained website is the homepage of one Rich Chen, International Business Product Manager at Google.
Previously, I ran an interactive marketing agency called OptoMail, in Tokyo, Japan. The company was founded following my graduation from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. Before that, I worked in San Francisco and Tokyo for Barclays Global Investors, an investment management firm.
I was born in Tokyo, Japan, and moved to the U.S. at age 11. Our family moved quite a bit, but I consider Albany, California ("The northern gateway to Alameda County!") as my hometown. I'm largely a product of California public education, attending Albany High School, and following that, UC Berkeley.
